Hack for Inclusion
Diversity & Inclusion leaders created this transformational experience to foster an inclusive environment within Cooper Lighting. Inspired by MIT’s annual Hack for Inclusion, the event was a day and a half long concluding with six teams presenting recommendations to the leadership team on the topics of employee resource groups at Cooper Lighting, attracting talent, and retaining & including talent.
